Anyone can do CrossFit, and that includes you. Regardless of your athletic background, we make getting started easy.

VISIT A CLASS
Are you interested in finding out what CrossFit is all about? Individuals are always welcome to observe any scheduled class. Want to try CrossFit?  Give us a call and we can set up an intro session. The intro session is bodyweight focused, and geared toward someone who is new to CrossFit.  Contact us and we will set up a time for you to do the intro session. You will also get a tour of our facility and an opportunity to speak with one of our knowledgeable coaches about your fitness goals.  Once you make the decision to change your life, we will move onto either our Foundations program for new CrossFitters, or a test out for experienced CrossFitters.

CROSSFIT FOUNDATIONS AND TEST OUT
Our CrossFit Foundations program completely prepares beginners for our CrossFit group classes. This program is a requirement before you are able to participate in regular group classes.  The Foundations program consists of two 60-minute classes that will teach you the Nine Foundational Movements that CrossFit is built upon.  The program is designed to set you up for success, teaching new CrossFitters the basic movements, skills, and nutritional knowledge they will need for our group classes, while giving our staff the opportunity to gradually introduce you to the program.  The total cost for the Foundations program is  $120.00, and can be scheduled anytime.  You must attend BOTH classes in order to gain admittance to our regularly scheduled group classes.

If you’re currently in a CrossFit program, you may be required to “test out” in order to gain admittance into our regularly scheduled classes.  It is the coaches’ discretion if a test out is required.  Please be advised that our CrossFit Foundations program may be required if the results of the test out do no meet our standards of safety. 

GROUP CLASSES
Once you have completed the Foundations program or tested out you will be welcomed into our group classes. These classes run Monday-Saturday, and are designed to get you the results you desire- lose weight, gain strength and endurance, agility and balance, coordination and accuracy, all while having a good time and becoming a member of our community.  We run multiple class times, and more will be added as needed.  Our group classes are where you will experience CrossFit at its finest…loud music, insane energy, fun, and extraordinary feats of strength and endurance are the norm at any given class.  Although we are striving to push ourselves to the next level of fitness, safety is our top priority at Valiant CrossFit.  We look for our athletes to be intense during the WODs, but not at the risk of other members or yourself.  PLEASE be courteous to others around you, and treat the gym like it is your home.
