-My very first CrossFit workout changed me forever. I knew I found something very special. During that first WOD I pushed myself harder than I ever imagined. Not only was I working hard, I was surrounded by individuals doing the same thing, cheering each other on to the finish. I thrived on the camaraderie. I transformed myself physically and mentally over the course of the following months. A fire burned within me to learn all I could about CrossFit and the benefits of functional movements in exercise.
I love sharing CrossFit methodology with everyone I meet. It brings me great pleasure to introduce individuals to our CrossFit community.
