Wow!!! What an exciting day we had doing our 1RM Front Squat!!! I can’t believe all the crazy numbers you squatted!!! This just shows you, come to the gym regularly, put in your time, and you’ll see GAINZ for real!!!

Strength/Technique
Push Press
3×5 @ 55%
3×5 @ 65%
3×5 @ 75%

WOD
With a 10min clock:
800m Run
50 Double Unders
Then ME Push Press @ 50% with remaining time
