This is what the heats look like for Saturday!!! Judges, please check the board as well, you have been assigned an athlete!!!
First of all, a HUGE thank you to all who took the judges course, you’re help is immensely appreciated. Having so many judges means we can help out, but still enjoy the event. THANK YOU THANK YOU for being such great team players!!!
Now, down to business….
Athletes, be sure to go over the workout and standards prior to showing up for class. The morning will be run competition style, so you must know what is expected of you prior to GO TIME. Registered athletes, if you gave any questions about YOUR movements, ask your judge for clarification PRIOR to GO TIME.
Judges, I have all the scoring sheets ready at the gym, be sure to go over standards thoroughly do you know what is acceptable during the workout. We’ll have a quick judges meeting prior to the first heat so you can ask any questions you may have.
The doors will open at 7:30am. Your heat time is GO TIME, arrive early enough to warm up and be ready.

Some of you may know, Peaches’ nephew was in a terrible accident last year leaving him in a wheelchair. His family has worked hard to care for him while he adjusts to his new life. Ok everyone, 18.1 has been announced!!! If you wish to participate in the WOD on Saturday you MUST sign up for a heat on Friday. Sign ups will be on the whiteboard. Arrive earlier than your heat time to warm up appropriately and potentially jump in on earlier heat if space is available. This WOD will be run competition style, you are expected to know the rules and points of performance for the workout when you arrive!!! Also, please keep in mind we set aside each Saturday to complete Open WODS. If you are registered you must make every attempt to attend on Saturdays. Due to scheduling, another day/time/option may not always be available.
